What do we do?

Welcome to Saariniemi Estate, where Lapland's history meets the glow of the Northern Lights.

Your journey begins with a guided walk around the estate, rich in stories from the past. Then, with snowshoes on, we step onto the frozen Lake Vanttausjärvi – just outside our door. Surrounded by silence and snow, we move at an easy pace, gazing at the Arctic sky.

If the weather is kind, the Aurora Borealis will dance above us, painting the night in green and purple light.

Back on land, we gather around a crackling fire. Together we'll prepare snacks, sip hot drinks, and share stories or simply enjoy the peace of the wilderness.

Whether the Northern Lights appear or not, the moment is pure Lapland – quiet, authentic, unforgettable.
