At Aurora Cottage Otsola, you'll have a perfect location for Northern Lights spotting.
The cottage is located on the northern shore of our private Saariniemi peninsula, right by the peaceful Lake Vanttausjärvi. The open lakeside view gives you the chance to watch the sky directly from the comfort of the cottage.
The main log cottage accommodates two guests and includes:
– a cosy fireplace
– a small kitchenette
– a fridge and microwave
– drinking water is provided separately
– sauna water is taken from the lake
– a composting toilet (outdoor)
Additionally, there is a traditional sauna cottage for two more guests and a log-built lean-to with a campfire site by the lake.
This is a truly off-grid Arctic experience, ideal for nature lovers, silence seekers, and sky watchers.
